 The IPMWORKS team is hosting its final webinar\, focusing on the continued
  need for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) development. The key message of
  the event is: "Yes\, we definitely still need to develop IPM!" The progra
 m consists of two main parts: Lessons learned from the IPMWORKS project Ex
 perts and farmers will share insights on how holistic IPM can significantl
 y reduce pesticide use without compromising crop health\, yield\, or farm 
 profitability. Speakers include: Nicolas Munier-Jolain (INRAE): The IPMWOR
 KS methodology to promote IPM and reduce reliance on synthetic pesticides.
  Mette Sønderskov (AU): Mapping IPM solutions &amp\; progress made in IPM
 WORKS farms. An IPMWORKS farmer: Testimonial on the technical and economic
  aspects of IPM implementation. An IPMWORKS Hub Coach: The crucial role of
  hub coaches in fostering peer-to-peer learning. Joaquin Balduque (IAMZ): 
 Dissemination strategies through demo events\, the IPM Resource Toolbox\, 
 e-learning\, and social media. Mark Ramsden (ADAS): The IPM Decisions plat
 form as a unique decision-support system. Ángela Muñiz Varela &amp\; Reb
 eca Diez (FEUGA): Recommendations for effectively promoting IPM adoption t
 hrough peer-to-peer learning. Interactive workshop on policy needs for hol
 istic IPM development This session will encourage idea-sharing on how poli
 cies can further support IPM adoption. Using SLIDO\, participants can prop
 ose policy ideas\, vote on their favorites\, and discuss the top three sug
